Overview

We are seeking skilled Roofers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing and construction, with the ability to work effectively on various projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety standards. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on residential and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities

Install roofing materials such as shingles, tiles, or metal sheets according to specifications and blueprints.
Inspect roofs for damage or leaks and perform necessary repairs.
Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions.
Ensure proper sealing of roofs using caulking and other materials.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working at heights.
Assist in other construction tasks as needed, including carpentry, masonry, and remodeling.

Skills

Proficiency in construction estimating and blueprint reading.
Experience with hand tools and power tools relevant to roofing tasks.
Strong background in construction site experience with knowledge of safety regulations.
Familiarity with concrete forming, fabrication, carpentry, trim carpentry, stucco, heavy lifting, schematics, restoration, frame carpentry, maintenance person experience, metal stud framing, plumbing, masonry, welding, and tile laying is a plus
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
