We are a family-owned hot air balloon tour company located in the scenic Temecula Wine Country, seeking a Part-time Reservations and Office Administration team member. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent multitasking abilities, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment and have a flexible schedule.

Position Details

Hours: Every Saturday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, 2 Sundays per month, with floating weekday flexibility as needed.
Compensation: Starting at $20.00 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Phone & Customer Service: Answer a busy multi-line phone system, respond to customer inquiries, provide detailed information about our services, and promote bookings in an upbeat, professional manner.
Reservations & Scheduling: Make and manage reservations, coordinate staff schedules, and ensure that all details are accurately entered into the system.
Attention to Detail & Organization: Prepare daily schedules, prepare customer communications, and track customer information with accuracy. Your attention to detail is key!
Multitasking: Handle a variety of office tasks simultaneously, such as answering phones and emails, confirming reservations, processing donation requests, keeping office records up to date, making photocopies, and managing the office supplies.
Administrative Support: Perform general office tasks including managing spreadsheets, preparing written communication, and other duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate

Attention to Detail & Multitasking: Must be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy or quality.
Experience: At least 2 years of office experience and 2 years of customer service experience.
Strong Communication Skills: An outgoing personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with both guests and team members in a professional manner.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with MS Office, typing 40+ wpm, and comfortable using office software.
Dependability & Flexibility: Must be available every Saturday, 2 Sundays per month, and have the flexibility for occasional weekday shifts.
Tourism & Sales Knowledge: Experience in the tourism industry is a plus, but not required.
Local Resident: Ideal for someone living in or near Temecula.

Experience: 2+ years in an office setting, 2+ years in customer service
