💼 Position: Assembler (Operator I, II, III)

📍 Location: Temecula, CA

🕒 Shifts: 1st & 2nd Shifts Available

📅 First Day: Orientation from 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM (all shifts)

🌟 What You’ll Do

As part of a manufacturing cell team, you will help build life‑saving medical devices using precision tools and cleanroom processes. Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and preparing tools/equipment per documented procedures
• Assembling cardiovascular medical devices in a controlled cleanroom environment
• Using microscopes, hand tools, syringes, razor blades, soldering, adhesives, and related equipment
• Performing visual inspections and precision measurements
• Running computerized test equipment
• Repairing and reworking parts under a microscope
• Packaging products and completing accurate documentation
• Maintaining strict adherence to safety, quality, and cleanroom standards

🔧 Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Operator I: Minimum 6 months manufacturing experience
• Operator II: 2–4 years manufacturing experience
• Operator III: 5+ years manufacturing experience
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment
• Basic English communication skills
• Previous assembly experience (medical device preferred)

🏭 Work Environment & Dress Code

• Cleanroom manufacturing environment
• Professional attire required
• No ripped or stained jeans, no suggestive/derogatory wording on clothing
• Strict gowning procedures must be followed
• No makeup, false eyelashes, extensions, or jewelry allowed inside cleanroom

💰 Pay Rates

1st Shift

• Operator I: $19.25/hr
• Operator II: $20.00/hr
• Operator III: $20.75/hr

2nd Shift

• Operator I: $21.18/hr
• Operator II: $22.00/hr
• Operator III: $22.83/hr

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $22.83/hr.
