Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Field Manager to oversee and manage a variety of projects throughout the year. This role requires expertise in handling a high volume of projects efficiently, utilizing tools such as Procore and Bluebeam to maintain productivity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee 10-12 projects per year, ensuring successful completion and client satisfaction.
• Handle a heavy project load of 20-30 projects, maintaining efficiency and quality standards.
• Utilize Procore and Bluebeam to manage project data and documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers and facilitate handoffs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage in site development and oversee construction processes, particularly in commercial solar projects.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in construction, project management, and field engineering.
• Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam is a significant advantage.
• Experience with DSA processes and requirements.
• Strong skills in MS Office applications.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in commercial solar projects is mandatory.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
