Job Title: Project Field Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Field Manager to oversee the successful execution of 10-12 projects per year. . This role requires expertise in managing construction projects efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of construction projects, approximately 10-12 per year.
• Utilize Procore software as a user to streamline project management processes.
• Employ MS Office and Bluebeam for project documentation and communication.
• Conduct handoffs throughout the project lifecycle to ensure seamless transitions.
• Collaborate with a team of 5 project managers, with a requirement to expand by 1-2 additional managers.

Essential Skills

• Experience in construction, project management, and field engineering.
• Proficiency with DSA regulations and processes.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam and Procore is highly advantageous.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Open to candidates with non-solar experience as long as they have electrical experience.
• Willingness to train in areas lacking expertise.

Work Environment

This role requires on-site presence, with office work scheduled from Monday to Thursday in Riverside. The position involves active participation in site development and solar projects, ensuring a hands-on approach to field management.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Riverside, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
