Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, process payments efficiently, and handle cash handling with precision.
Serve breakfast items including pastries, sandwiches, and light bites with promptness and professionalism.
Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food preparation zones, tables, counters, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards.
Restock supplies regularly to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.
Follow food handling procedures carefully to ensure safety and quality for all guests.
Manage time effectively during peak hours to serve multiple tables or customers swiftly without sacrificing service quality.
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
Uphold health regulations by adhering to proper food safety practices and sanitation protocols at all times.

Experience

Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is highly preferred; familiarity with espresso machines and beverage preparation is a plus.
Experience in food service or breakfast dining environments enhances your ability to deliver excellent customer care.
Strong cash handling skills along with basic math proficiency are essential for accurate transactions.
Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS will streamline order processing.
