BTmarketing is seeking a Digital Marketing Account Manager who can build lasting client relationships, manage performance campaigns, and translate marketing strategies into results. You’ll act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring every campaign delivers success and clear business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

Serve as the main point of contact for clients running SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Ads campaigns.
Lead client communications, ensuring expectations are clear, updates are frequent, and goals are met.
Build long-term relationships that drive retention and growth.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

Collaborate with SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Ads teams to plan and execute strategies that align with client goals.
Translate analytics and data into clear, actionable insights.
Identify opportunities for upsells and cross-channel improvements.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

Review and interpret data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEMrush.
Prepare and present monthly performance reports with KPIs, ROI, and key takeaways.
Proactively suggest optimizations to improve client results and budget efficiency.

Cross-Team Collaboration

Coordinate with SEO specialists, ad strategists, developers, and content writers to ensure campaigns are cohesive and high-performing.
Communicate effectively across departments to align deliverables and timelines.

Budget & Project Oversight

Manage client budgets and allocate spend efficiently across channels.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
Proven track record managing SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Ads campaigns.
Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics, tracking, and conversion funnels.
Strong communication and presentation skills with a client-first approach.
Experience with reporting tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, SEMrush, and Meta Ads Manager.
Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
