We keep improving the construction of warehouse automation and distribution systems to accommodate the future expansion of our clients’ cross-border e-commerce business.

Job Summary - We are seeking ambitious and motivated individuals to join our Warehouse Management Trainee Program. This rotational program is designed for recent graduates with strong leadership potential, a global vision, and a passion for logistics, supply chain management, and warehouse operations. Trainees will gain cross-functional exposure, hands-on experience, and structured development to prepare for future leadership roles within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through warehouse and operations departments.
• Learn inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Shadow managers and participate in leadership development workshops.
• Take part in projects, presentations, and structured training sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related fields.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; quick learner of warehouse management systems.
• Strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Business-minded, goal-oriented, and eager to embrace challenges in a fast-paced environment.
