Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment within a fast-paced factory environment to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with assembly lines, and familiarity with warehouse operations. Responsibilities

Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment accurately and efficiently, adhering to safety protocols and production schedules.
Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly line components to assemble products according to specifications.
Conduct routine inspections of machinery to identify issues and perform basic troubleshooting or notify maintenance staff as needed.
Manage material handling tasks using forklifts or other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and position raw materials and finished goods.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and operational efficiency.
Assist in setting up machines for different production runs, ensuring proper calibration and safety measures are in place.
Follow detailed work instructions, quality standards, and safety guidelines throughout all tasks.
Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet daily production targets.
Document production data accurately and report any discrepancies or equipment malfunctions promptly.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes and equipment performance.

Requirements

Prior experience working in a manufacturing facility is required.
Familiarity with assembly line operations, hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical concepts.
High School Diploma/ GED
