Pay: $25-$30/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday (5 days/week) + 1 Saturday/month (production-focused, typically 9am-1pm)

We need a reliable, experienced RDA who shows up consistently and brings steady energy to the operatory. This role is best for someone who is not only skilled, but dependable and engaged.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus.What you'll do (patient-centered responsibilities)

• Chairside assist with efficiency and patient comfort in mind
• Take X-rays and support exams and treatment flow
• Turn rooms quickly and correctly so patients aren't waiting unnecessarily
• Support clinical organization-anticipate needs and keep procedures moving
• Help maintain a calm, professional environment patients can trust
• Contribute to a team culture built on accountability and follow-throughWhat matters most to us
• Active RDA license and real chairside experience
• Reliable 5-day availability (this is not a role for frequently changing schedules)
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
