CDL-A Driver – No Experience

About the Opportunity

We are hiring newly licensed CDL-A drivers who want structure, consistency, and a clear development path. This position is ideal for recent graduates seeking real over-the-road experience with dependable support behind every mile.

Earnings & Incentives

Weekly compensation $1,200–$1,500+
$300 orientation pay — hotel, meals, and travel included
Expect 2,500–3,000 miles each week
Monthly performance bonus: up to +8 CPM
Weekly or biweekly home time based on route

Operational Framework

All freight is no-touch
Freight mix includes drop & hook and live load
Assigned late-model automatic Freightliner or Kenworth units
Dry Van or Reefer assignments offered
Continuous 24/7 dispatch and maintenance assistance

Driver Profile

Class A CDL
Minimum of 120 hours
Must be 21+
DOT hair and urine testing required
Minor MVR issues reviewed individually
