MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST (LMHC)

FULL-TIME LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST POSITION AVAILABLE
As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering therapeutic services to our clients. You will work with individuals, couples, families, and groups to assess their mental health needs, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions. You will contribute to our mission of promoting mental health and wellness, helping clients navigate challenges, and fostering resilience and personal growth.
Pay: $85,000 to $100,000 per year and we offer sign-on bonus!
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy using evidence-based modalities tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.
Offer crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises or emergencies.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources. Advocate for clients' rights and needs as appropriate.
Stay current with best practices in mental health therapy through ongoing training, workshops, and professional development activities.
Qualifications
Licensed as a Mental Health Therapist LMFT, LPcC, LCSW
Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Minimum of two year related experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
