Description

The Plant Office Administrator is responsible for processing, inputting, and reporting the various data streams generated daily for the aggregate and ReadyMix divisions. This includes but is not limited to production data, condition forms, safety documents, and payroll paperwork. This role would work closely with the area managers, plant managers and aggregate and ReadyMix planning departments to maintain highly accurate and timely data flow as well as consistent and organized documentation.

Essential Functions of the Position

Entry of daily production forms from all six aggregate yards as well as three portable crushing plants
Entry of daily ready-mix operational data for forty-two batch plants and up to 250 mixers
Entry of weekly repair lists for the entire repair and maintenance team
Reviewing, filing, and reporting of daily workplace exams for all six aggregate yards as well as three portable crushing plants
Management and reporting of aggregate equipment oil sampling program
Payroll entry and verification for 70+ employees weekly
Tracking and reporting of attendance for 70+ employees
Tracking and reporting of “Over 10-Hour” for 70+ employees
Work with the safety team to assist management and ensure compliance with all safety documentation as required by the company as well as state and federal law
Organization and assistance in preparation of division wide training program
General support to the existing aggregate management team for administrative work, data processing, and report generation
Analysis and reporting of production data as well as KPI’s to identify inaccuracies, track losses during production, and provide constructive feedback to the aggregate team
Tracking of sales vs production data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Work with procurement and assets departments to better CMMS utilization within the aggregate division

Location & Travel

Primarily stationed at the corporate office at 1401 N Benson Ave
Some chaperoned travel to the plants and facilities as necessary

Skills and Knowledge

Proven experience in administrative support roles
Familiarity with safety regulations, standards, and procedures preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization

Requirements

High school diploma/GED and 2 years of experience in an administrative support function
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with safety management software or CMMS is a plus
Ability to work with or without supervision
