Your Role

Support patients during medical detox and recovery.
Administer medications and monitor for withdrawal symptoms.
Collect vital signs and assist in assessments under RN supervision.
Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
Support patient safety, de-escalation, and trauma-informed care.
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and therapists to deliver excellent care.
Be part of a supportive team culture focused on empathy, dignity, and healing.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

What We’re Looking For

Current active California LVN License in good standing.
Minimum 1 year of experience in behavioral health, SUD, detox, or acute inpatient preferred.
BLS/CPR Certification.
Calm under pressure, quick on your feet, and kind to your core.
Team player with a deep commitment to patient-centered care.
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including individuals from high-stress professions; our facility proudly serves First Responders and other front-line professionals navigating recovery.
Former military and first responders are a plus and strongly encouraged to apply. We value your service, experience, and resilience.

Pay: $32.00 - $46.00 per hour
