Entry Level Customer Representative
J.D.I. Systems
We are actively seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Entry Level Customer Representative to join our expanding Grand Terrace team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in representing leading wireless services, guiding customers through the enrollment process, and ensuring they receive solutions that truly fit their needs.
This is more than a customer-facing position—it’s an opportunity to be a trusted advisor, a problem-solver, and a key contributor to a high-performing team that thrives on professionalism, purpose, and performance. If you find yourself looking for a company that does meaningful work and values their employees the same way they value their clients, then we encourage you to apply.
Entry Level Customer Representative Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers enrolling in wireless services, providing a seamless and professional experience.
- Educate customers on available wireless products and services, and help them identify the best-fit options based on their needs and preferences.
- Clearly and confidently explain service plans, eligibility requirements, and promotional offerings to ensure full understanding and satisfaction.
- Assist with the completion and processing of all enrollment documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance according to client confidentiality requirements
- Maintain contact with new customers to confirm successful enrollment and ensure a high degree of satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet and exceed enrollment goals and customer satisfaction KPIs
Preferred Skills and Qualifications for the Entry Level Customer Representative:
- A natural communicator who loves connecting with different people and personalities (bonus points if you’ve got a background in sales or customer service).
- Resilient, upbeat, and solution-oriented—even on the tough days.
- Confident presenting and explaining products, whether one-on-one or in a team setting. You enjoy the thrill of closing a sale.
- Eager to grow, learn, and take ownership of your professional journey. After all, we pride ourselves on our professional development initiatives.
- Customer-first mindset. You strive to deliver exceptional service and leave customers talking about their experience long after they’ve paid the bill.
- Strong ethical standards and professional integrity, representing our brand with consistency and care in every interaction.
- Degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus—but your personality and hustle matter more.
