Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Master Technician located in Temecula, CA. The Master Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles, particularly Jeep models. Daily tasks include performing inspections, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, conducting routine servicing, and ensuring that all repairs adhere to manufacturer guidelines and safety standards. Additional responsibilities may involve mentoring junior technicians and collaborating with the service team to deliver quality service.

Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and technical vehicle systems.
• Experience with vehicle inspections, routine maintenance, and servicing.
• Proficiency with specialized tools and automotive repair equipment, as well as knowledge of safety protocols.
• Capability to review and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• ASE Certification or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• A deep understanding of Jeep vehicles or off-road vehicles is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
