Jones Wholesale Lumber Co, a recognized leader in the lumber wholesale market across the western United States, is seeking a full-time Production Scheduler to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in coordinating production schedules, supporting sales, and ensuring seamless communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the Production Manager in daily scheduling and coordination.
• Plan and schedule orders for the production team to meet customer timelines.
• Maintain consistent communication with the sales team regarding orders, patterns, and measurements.
• Oversee inbound and outbound order processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle incoming calls and emails, assisting the sales team with inquiries and customer needs.
• Respond promptly to correspondence across multiple channels.
• Act as a liaison between sales and production departments, including Dispatch, Shipping/Receiving, mill, and yard operations.

Experience

• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office Suite: 2 years (Preferred)
• Productions Scheduler: 1 year (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
