Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Product Support Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers needing assistance with products, troubleshooting, and general inquiries. You will ensure an excellent customer experience by providing timely, accurate, and friendly support.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Provide product support by troubleshooting issues, guiding customers through solutions, and escalating technical problems when necessary.
Educate customers on product features, usage, and best practices.
Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams—including technical support, sales, and operations—to resolve customer concerns.
Process returns, replacements, and service requests as needed.
Monitor recurring issues and provide feedback to management to improve products or processes.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, product support, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to troubleshoot basic product or technical issues.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Comfortable using CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and standard office software.
Ability to stay calm, patient, and professional in challenging situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
