Job Overview

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining all daily clerical and administrative tasks in support of the department manager.

Responsibilities and Duties

Acts as liaison between Department Manager and Payroll/HR
Keeps up with termination paperwork daily
Reviews timecards daily
Keeps track and updates team rosters
Submits to Payroll:
* Approved timecards in Paychex Flex every Monday morning
Finalized demos every Monday morning
Updated team rosters every Monday Morning
Termination paperwork
Discipline or coaching paperwork
Other duties as needed

Reports To

This Office Assistant position will report to the Home Depot Appointment Setter Manager.
