Job Description

As a Growth Marketing Specialist at LunchME, you will be pivotal in building brand awareness and user engagement across digital channels. You’ll craft and execute strategic initiatives to expand our reach, engage our community, and communicate the unique networking value LunchME offers. Your role will involve driving user acquisition and retention by harnessing atomic network effects to establish scalable growth loops. This position is perfect for someone passionate about the fast-paced world of startups and excited by the opportunity to build a product from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development: Create and execute growth strategies across digital channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Ideate and produce end-to-end viral videos, including concept, filming, and editing for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn Video. Optimize videos for maximum engagement and app downloads.
Influencer Outreach: Identify, pitch, and manage relationships with influencers to co-create content, amplify LunchME’s reach, and drive viral growth.
Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report campaign effectiveness; turn insights into actionable strategies.
Experimentation: Design and run A/B tests, manage growth experiments, and iterate based on results to optimize the customer journey.
Customer Insights: Gather feedback and insights from early users to refine messaging, improve onboarding experience, and enhance product-market fit.
Atomic Network Effect: Leverage the principles of atomic network effects to encourage organic, user-driven growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in growth marketing or a related field, with a track record of successful growth campaigns.
Hands-on experience producing and editing short-form video content for social channels
Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, push notifications, SEO, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
Excellent communication skills with a knack for storytelling and brand building.
Proven experience with TikTok, Instagram,reddit, and influencer marketing, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
