We are currently seeking an eTime Implementation Specialist to support a large-scale timekeeping and payroll transformation project. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in ADP GlobalView and eTIME, along with a background in configuration, testing, documentation, and data validation.

Responsibilities

Configure ADP eTIME based on business requirements
Document workflows, configuration decisions, & system changes
Lead integration testing, UAT, and parallel testing cycles
Troubleshoot system issues & support defect resolution
Assist with data gathering, mapping & validation
Prepare training materials and support user onboarding
Provide post–go-live support

What We’re Looking For

2+ years experience with ADP GlobalView + eTIME implementations
Strong analytical & Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data clean-up)
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Experience working in fast-paced enterprise project environments
Ability to work hybrid (3 days onsite) or fully virtual depending on availability
