We’re looking for an experienced, professional esthetician who can confidently deliver customized treatments, sell retail products, and meet clearly defined sales and performance metrics such as rebooking, membership conversion, and client retention.

What You'll Do

• Perform customized facials and body treatments based on individual client needs and goals
• Confidently sell retail products and service enhancements
• Deliver a safe, consistent, and results-focused experience for every guest
• Perform advanced skincare services with confidence and professionalism
• Build strong relationships that encourage repeat visits and long-term care
• Meet or exceed sales and performance quotas that are actively tracked by leadership

Qualifications

• Valid California Esthetician License (BarberCosmo)
• 1+ year of experience in a spa, salon, or clinic setting
• 1+ year of sales experience — must be comfortable meeting quotas
• Strong client service and communication skills
• Understanding of proper sanitation and safety standards
