Clinical Supervisor - School/Community-Based

Job Overview

• School and Community-Based Clinical Supervisor. This position supervises up to 8 clinicians. After the first 90 days, this position is hybrid with 2 days out of office.
• Responsibilities
• Ensures the Mental Health Clinicians are in full regulatory compliance and that clinical services are delivered in accordance with recognized best practice.
• Provide individual and group supervision for Mental Health Clinicians in accordance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards and agency policy.
• Provide collaboration with Quality Assurance and Compliance Team Members to ensure documentation compliance.
• Work with other Department supervisors/managers to increase clear communication and mutual support between programs.
• Monitor and ensure adherence of programs to all governing bodies.
• Monitor care records to ensure that required treatment documentation is included and meets agency and professional standards.
• Assist Clinicians in developing treatment plans which ensure quality services are sensitive to cultural issues.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree.
• 2 years post BBS licensure.
• Three years preferred experience working in DMH contracted mental health settings.
• 2 years supervisory experience preferred.

Pay: $93,170.00 - $114,795.00 per year
