Aesthetic Registered Nurse

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Aesthetic Registered Nurse to join our specialized cosmetic and aesthetic medicine team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive nursing experience, including expertise in aesthetic procedures such as dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and biostimulators. This role involves delivering safe, effective, and personalized aesthetic care while ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction. The Aesthetic Registered Nurse will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide top-tier aesthetic services in a professional and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic procedures including dermal fillers, Botox (botulinum toxin treatments), and other non-invasive cosmetic interventions following established protocols.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review, skin analysis, and suitability evaluations for various aesthetic treatments.
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-procedure care, and potential risks to ensure informed consent.
• Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control standards during all procedures.
• Document all patient interactions, assessments, treatments, and follow-up care accurately within electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Aesthetic Record.
• Monitor patient vital signs and manage any immediate adverse reactions or complications with appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and medical safety standards.
• Stay current with advancements in aesthetic medicine, new technologies, and industry best practices through ongoing professional development.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.

Experience

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with active state licensure.
• Proven experience in aesthetic nursing procedures such as dermal fillers, Botox (botulinum toxin), or related cosmetic interventions.
• Background working in dermatology, plastic surgery, ophthalmology (for periocular treatments), or medical spas is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems like Aesthetic Record for documentation purposes.
• Knowledge of medical terminology related to dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
• Experience with aseptic technique and infection control protocols essential for patient safety during procedures.
• Prior exposure to advanced nursing practices including IV infusion, medication administration, and patient assessment is preferred. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 – 35 per week
