Job Title: Wine Club Manager

Summary: The position of Wine & Distillery Club Manager includes all duties related to the Wine & Distillery

Clubs as well as staff. This position also supports planning and implementation for growth and continued retention of both clubs.

Responsibilities

Assure growth in the Wine & Distillery Club memberships by both increasing new members and minimizing cancellations with a basis grounded in excellent customer service and communication with members
Maximizing Wine & Distillery Club sales each quarter by supporting additional purchasing options for members
Providing tools and training for all hospitality staff to successfully sell Wine & Distillery Clubs and retain members
Providing structure for the Wine & Distillery Club programs to ensure accuracy, efficiency and the highest level of customer service
Developing club content for sign-ups, newsletters, e-blasts, gifts and other promotional materials.
Look for opportunities to expand and implement improvements effectively and timely.
Utilize opportunities to grow Wine & Distillery Club through additional channels, including offsite pourings and eCommerce
Wine & Distillery Club billing including new customer set-up in system
Generating and sending invoices including checking credit card information/expiration
Calling of customers with invalid/inactive credit cards each cycle to get updates
Support customer service/swaps for Wine & Distillery Club Members
Processing quarterly Wine & Distillery Club shipments
Wine & Distillery Club inventory to ensure all orders are processed from accurate locations
Process Wine & Distillery Club clean-up including pick-up reminders, shipping reminders, etc.
File completed paperwork into designated areas for ease in access for past transaction reference
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Working Conditions

Full time schedule to include weekends and holidays.
Long and irregular hours during peak seasons and/or special events.
Sitting for long periods of time.
Ability to focus and maintain high level of customer service in a high traffic, busy office.
Ability to lift at least 45 pounds (case of wine).

Strong computer skills are required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite a plus
3-5years winery and/or administrative experience required
