Medical Esthetician and Laser Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic laser treatments such as hair removal, skin resurfacing, and pigmentation correction using advanced laser technology.
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Deliver additional services including body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, makeup application, nail care, and hair threading to provide comprehensive beauty solutions.
• Manage retail sales by educating clients on skincare products and treatment packages to enhance their results and experience.
• Utilize salon management software such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments, update client records, and process transactions efficiently.
• Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining procedures clearly, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Experience

• Proven experience as a licensed esthetician with specialized training in laser treatments and esthetic procedures.
• Knowledge of cosmetology, barbering, nail care, and makeup application is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques and customer service excellence is essential.
• Experience operating salon software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms for appointment management.
• Certification or training in botulinum toxin treatment (Botox), dermal fillers, dermabrasion, or other advanced aesthetic procedures is a plus.

Pay: $24.15 - $29.08 per hour
