HVAC Apprentice

Join our dynamic team as an HVAC apprentice and become a vital part of delivering top-tier heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical solutions to our clients. This will include on-site training, working directly with a journeyman technician installer. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all systems. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced field service setting with plenty of room for growth.

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend system lifespan.
• Install new HVAC systems following design specifications and industry standards, ensuring proper integration with plumbing and mechanical components.
• Utilize tools such as ohmmeters, welding equipment, and other diagnostic devices to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
• Conduct field service visits to client sites for appliance repairs, property maintenance, and system upgrades.
• Read and interpret HVAC design plans and schematics accurately to guide installation or repair work.
• Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs to document work performed and parts used.
• Learning to read blueprints.
• Experience working in construction or property maintenance environments is highly desirable.
• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience is a plus but not required.
• EPA card a plus but not required.
