3Rd Shift Warehouse

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Manufacturing Assembler to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling products, ensuring quality standards, and meeting production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products according to specifications and work instructions.
• Inspect finished products for quality and report any defects or issues.
• Operate and maintain assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to workplace safety regulations.
• Work as part of a team to meet production quotas and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist in troubleshooting assembly line issues and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or schematics (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
