Client Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer care by assessing needs and providing accurate answers, guidance, and troubleshooting support to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Manage incoming communications through calls, emails, chats, and interactive voice response systems.
- Learn and adhere to all customer service procedures and policies.

- Record and organize customer interactions and account updates systematically.

- Schedule callbacks and appointments to address and resolve customer needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Outstanding communication skills over the phone and various digital platforms.
- Basic computer proficiency is needed.
- Able to multitask effectively.
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
- Skilled in active listening, delivering information clearly, and addressing questions and concerns.
- Strong customer focus to ensure a positive experience and timely resolution of issues.
