Ensuring all warranty repairs are completed as required by the manufacturer and sufficient documentation exists to support the warranty claim.

Coordinate with Service Advisors and / or Parts Department to confirm availability of parts needed to complete work orders.

Perform Certified Preowned (CPO) inspections on used vehicles and complete all necessary and approved work

Perform installation of accessories, PDI inspections (as required) and diagnose and repair any faults on new and used vehicles

Conduct road tests on vehicles to ensure the quality of repair

Stay up to date with technical skills and attend training courses / classes as required
