Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Critical Illness Recovery

• Location: Moreno Valley, CA
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start: 4/20
• Travel 40 hrs: $2,800 gross weekly
• Night shift currently available
• 40 hours per week

Requirements

• Active AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC and NIHSS certifications

Independent with procedures such as IV sticks, placing NG tubes.​

Conscious sedation procedures such as chest tube insertion and central line insertions.​

Caring for intubated/ventilated patients while waiting for inpatient bed. ​

Educate Self with These two Scales: CPOT and RASS score - one is used to titrate sedation

medications for sedation level, and the other is used for pain management. The nurse needs to pay very close attention to their policy on sedation & pain management, using these scales. ​

CPOT Scale - Critical Care Pain Observation Tool. ​

RASC Scale - Richmond Agitation-Sedation Scale. ​

Titrating sedation/pain medication drips.​

MUST have experience handling critical care patients ​

Culture: Looking for RNs to jump in and be hands-on, willing to help others.​​

Scrub Color​=Any Solid Color Scrub​

Shifts​=7a-7p, 7p-7a, 11a-11p 1p-1a, 3p-3a ​

Patient Population​=Trauma ; Covid ; Medical/Surgical​

PPE Provided by Hospital​

MUST have EPIC experience​

MUST have Level 1 or 2 ER experience​

MUST have critical care experience ​

MUST have travel experience ​

Minimum of 3 years ED experience ​

Must be fully vaccinated and boosted ​
