Position: Accounts Payable Clerk

City: Temecula, CA

Range of Pay: Starting $26.00-$26.45

Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00AM - 4:00PM

Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary

You will be responsible for processing vendor invoices for construction materials, subcontractors, and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Match invoices with purchase orders, contracts, and delivery receipts.
• Ensure proper job cost coding and allocation to projects.
• Prepare and issue weekly check runs and electronic payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end close, accruals, and AP reporting.
• ? Communicate with project managers regarding invoice approvals and job costs.
• Support audits by providing documentation and payment histories.
• Other general duties as necessary.

Job Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable Clerk in a construction environment
