A critical care nursing position is available for experienced Registered Nurses specializing in intensive care. Desired Qualifications and Experience

Current and valid state RN License
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Minimum of one year experience as a staff RN in an acute care hospital critical care setting
Critical Care RN (CCRN) Certification is preferred
COVID-19 vaccination and boosters preferred
Proficiency with EPIC Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system required

Responsibilities

Provide safe, high-quality patient care through nursing processes including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
Manage care for critically ill patients in the ICU, ensuring adherence to best practice standards
Monitor hemodynamic status, diagnostic results, and clinical symptoms, communicating changes promptly to physicians
Educate patients and families, while supervising and coordinating activities of other nursing staff
Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times
Respond rapidly and accurately to changes in patient condition or treatment response
