We are seeking a Floor Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Stōkt. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering and maintaining all specialty floor care services within the janitorial industry. Responsibilities

Ability to understand and comply with proper cleaning techniques and procedures
Ability to operate cleaning machinery as required in the performance of job duties
Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills, and efficient time management
Have a consistent professional attitude and behavior with effective listening and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining professional, flexible, and efficient
Communication of changes, progress, or problem areas
Perform all aspects of floor care, including cleaning, stripping, and waxing hard floor surfaces
Bonnet & extraction carpet cleaning
Transport equipment, tools, and supplies
Moving furniture before and after cleaning
Transport equipment, tools, and supplies
Report major damages and oversee repair(s)
Undertake occasional custodial and janitorial tasks

Requirements

A valid CA driver's license
Proven experience in custodial or janitorial services is preferred.
Ability to use hand and power tools applicable to the trade.
Ability to perform maintenance tasks effectively and efficiently.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
