Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations for assigned client accounts, ensuring all service activities are coordinated efficiently.
- Serve as the primary communication link between clients and internal departments to facilitate smooth interactions.
- Track account progress diligently and guarantee timely service delivery.
- Keep meticulous records, ensuring documentation and account updates are accurate and up to date.
- Assist in account planning, detailed reporting, and follow-ups to enhance client satisfaction.
- Identify and propose improvements to boost service efficiency and client happiness.
- Support the onboarding process for new accounts and address ongoing service needs effectively.
