About the Opportunity

T&T has an exciting opportunity with a well-established local medical group in the Inland Empire seeking a motivated IME Coordinator to join their team! This role plays a key part in coordinating Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) and ensuring seamless communication between physicians, attorneys, carriers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) and coordinate translation services as needed.
Prepare and process letters, reports, and notifications to carriers, attorneys, and other representatives.
Respond to inquiries from attorneys, legal staff, physicians, and client representatives.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely documentation of IME activities.
Support departmental supervisor with daily administrative tasks and correspondence.
Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive and confidential information.

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Typing speed: Minimum 35 WPM.
Prior medical records experience and knowledge of medical terminology a plus.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
