Key Responsibilities

Process reports for assigned accounts accurately and efficiently.
Proofread and perform quality control for grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of report data and claims.
Communicate effectively with physicians and departments to ensure timely completion.
Review schedules and follow up on deadlines as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline report workflows.
Optimize production processes to meet turnaround goals.
Maintain strict confidentiality of patient records (HIPAA compliant).
Monitor, review, and provide feedback on assigned accounts.

Qualifications

Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
Effective communicator and collaborative team player.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, ShareFile, and Google Calendar.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Reliable attendance and a professional attitude.
Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Preferred: Experience in Workers Compensation or Medicolegal settings.
