Spa Receptionist

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and organized Spa Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth daily operations at our spa. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and experience in retail or customer service environments. Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively serve our diverse clientele.

Duties

• Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using POS systems
• Handle phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette
• Upsell spa services and retail products to enhance client experience
• Conduct product demos and assist clients with product selections
• Maintain merchandising displays and stock shelves with retail items
• Perform cashiering duties including cash handling and basic math calculations
• Assist with inventory management, stocking, and merchandising tasks
• Support sales initiatives through effective communication skills and product knowledge
• Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming
• Manage Memberships
• Process Payroll
• Host Spa Days
• Inventory
• Cleaning of Spa and Laundry upkeep

Requirements

• Previous experience with Vagaro system and cashiering preferred
• Supervising experience or retail sales background is a plus
• Bilingual skills to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele
• Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Ability to upsell products and services confidently
• Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and retail math principles
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
• Organization Skill
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
