We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.

What You’ll Do

Follow up with prospects to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction
Provide pricing, quotes, and product information in a clear and professional manner
Maintain organized sales records, contracts, and customer data
Manage general office duties: file management, supply ordering, basic scheduling, and clerical support
Coordinate between sales and operations teams to ensure smooth communication and order fulfillment
Keep the front office tidy, efficient, and welcoming for customers and clients

Sales experience (in-person or phone) preferred
