Wilson Creek Winery is a family-owned winery in the heart of Temecula Valley, Southern California wine country, known for its quality wines and warm hospitality. The winery features a welcoming tasting room, a full-service restaurant with vineyard-view dining and an expansive patio, a creekside picnic area, indoor and outdoor conference and event spaces, a romantic wedding venue, and exclusive retreat accommodations.

Wilson Creek Winery & Vineyards is currently seeking a part-time Dishwasher in Temecula, CA.

POSITION SUMMARY

Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment. Maintain a clean and organized dish room and equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • No previous restaurant experience required
  • Ability to work in a hot, wet, humid, and loud environment for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, reach, bend, and stoop
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 5 hours)
  • Ability to safely lift bags, cases, and stacks weighing up to 40 pounds

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Load, run, and unload the dish machine
  • Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical issues immediately
  • Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure a sanitary wash cycle
  • Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
  • Maintain a clean and organized dish room
  • Ensure adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen
  • Bag and remove dish room trash to the dumpster as needed
  • Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss
  • Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies
  • Clean food preparation and production areas as required
  • Assist in other areas as needed to support efficient restaurant operations, as directed by management
