Production Analyst

Location: Moreno Valley

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with possible overtime and weekend hours

Job Purpose

Provide clerical and reporting support to the Production Department to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain production files and prepare monthly reports and summaries.
  • Assist with presentations and basic data analysis.
  • Support the Production team, Plant Manager, and Production Supervisor as needed.
  • Enter production and employee evaluation data.
  • Prepare and communicate shift reports.
  • Support Maintenance and Distribution with work orders and pull-kit procedures.
  • Maintain and order office supplies.
  • Collect and distribute production data to relevant teams.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a production environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and math skills.
  • Experience with SAP preferred.
