The Operations Coordinator provides essential support to the operations and administrative teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day plant and office operations. This role combines transportation dispatch, administrative support, and financial assistance to help the Operations Manager and office team operate efficiently.

Dispatch all loads to truck drivers and maintain regular communication regarding changes or deliveries.
Advise the Operations Manager on updates and ensure that tracking systems, such as the whiteboard, are accurate and up to date.
Total grade sheets and provide reports for the Operations Manager.
Serve as backup to the order desk when needed.
Support AR/AP functions and other financial or administrative tasks as required.
Previous experience in operations, administration, or logistics coordination preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory or tracking systems.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with drivers, staff, and management.
Ability to work independently and support multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
