Shift Information

Primary Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Overtime Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM when OT is required
Saturdays: As needed
Potential Alternate Shift (1–2 people for first 4–6 months): 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Description

This is a day shift onsite role requiring candidates to be open to working overtime and Saturdays as needed. No phone or in-person interview will be conducted; selected candidates will start once screenings are cleared.

The Assembler I will perform assembly and non-assembly functions to support manufacturing goals.

Key Responsibilities

Operate equipment used in product manufacturing
Assemble, check, and inspect products according to departmental procedures
Identify product or equipment issues during manufacturing and escalate concerns
Rotate through workstations every 2 hours (filling, labeling, packaging, palletizing)
Assemble oral fluid extraction tubes and prepare items for packaging
Monitor labeling machines and support kit assembly (25–100–500 count kits)

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Must stand for the entire shift; this position is not performed sitting
Repetitive movement, push/pull of products as needed
No heavy lifting required
Occasional bending, stooping, and moving completed products
Must wear comfortable closed-toe shoes
Ability to clean manufacturing equipment as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with GDP (Good Documentation Practices)
Prior assembly or light industrial experience

Additional Notes

A site tour will occur on 11/21 (referenced by hiring team)
Candidates may be added to the tour list before shortlisting, per comments
Manager will review and TAPFIN will extend offers
