Your Role as a Teacher

Your responsibilities will include

Implementing our curriculum to meet the unique needs of each child.
Creating a safe and nurturing space for children to play and learn.
Collaborating with parents to ensure top-tier care and education.
Supporting center success and collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
Building strong relationships with families, colleagues, state licensing bodies, community contacts, and corporate partners.

Required Skills and Experience

Exceptional customer service and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and handle various situations effectively.
Meet specific role qualifications or be willing to obtain them.
CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to acquire.
Physical capability to lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
Ability to position oneself at low levels for visual and physical child interaction, ensure safety, and participate in their activities.
English proficiency for communication with children and their parents.

Compensation Details

Compensation is set at $17.20 per hour. Additional compensation may be provided based on location or applicable grant funding.
