Evo Turf & Pavers and its sister company, Evoscapes, are San Diego & Temecula Valley's fastest-growing outdoor living brands. We install premium turf, concrete interlocking pavers, and deliver full-scale landscape builds, outdoor kitchens, fire features, lighting, irrigation, softscape, and even pools. We’ve got the leads, the systems, and the brand. We just need qualified, experienced sales representatives who can run with it and win.
This is for you IF
- You’ve got documented success in landscape design & sales (show us your numbers, projects, and years in the game).
- You can write $100K–$300K a month in contracts consistently.
- You close 30% or higher, month after month.
- You’re disciplined: follow-up, admin, CRM, training, and execution aren’t “optional” for you.
- You want the freedom to control your schedule and the discipline to own your results.
- You respect proven systems because they make you money.
- You’re hungry for the next level and not afraid to compete with the best.
This is NOT for you IF
- You’ve never sold turf, pavers, pools or full landscape design/build at scale.
- You can’t produce proof of past sales performance.
- You don't love process, hustle and closing.
- You’re just “trying out sales” or need hand-holding to stay motivated.
- You avoid accountability or crumble under pressure.
The Role
- Full-time, commission-based (top performers earn $10K–$25K+ per month, and more if you’re exceptional).
- Sell high-end turf, paver, and landscape projects in San Diego.
- Manage your own deals from appointment to close to project completion.
- Work closely with design and build teams for larger projects (outdoor kitchens, pools, full landscapes).
- Own the client relationship: excellence in communication and service is non-negotiable.
- Follow our proven systems for lead tracking, proposals, sales strategy, and project management.
