Production Technician

Location: Temecula, CA

Pay: $20/hour

We are hiring a Production Technician to support manufacturing operations on shift.

This role works in both cleanroom and non-cleanroom environments. If you’re detail-oriented, comfortable working with equipment, and able to follow structured processes, this could be a great opportunity.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: 5am-1:30pm
• 2nd Shift: 1:30pm- 10pm
• 3rd Shift: 9pm- 5:30am

Key Responsibilities

• Perform production activities in cleanroom and non-cleanroom settings
• Operate and work with sophisticated grinding equipment
• Inspect parts and/or finished products as required
• Set up and monitor equipment at a basic level
• Read, follow, and accurately maintain production documentation
• Maintain records in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Work under moderate supervision while meeting quality and production standards

• Strong attention to detail and documentation
• Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
