The Role

We are urgently hiring a reliable Standing Security Officers in Temecula, CA. These positions are ideal for professional, observant individuals with strong presence and communication skills. Officers will be stationed at fixed posts and are responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong and visible security presence at assigned post
• Monitor surroundings and report any suspicious activity
• Follow post orders and enforce property-specific policies
• Respond to incidents calmly and professionally
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and clients
• Complete logs and incident reports accurately

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Prior security experience preferred (training provided)
• Valid Guard Card (Required)
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Punctuality and strong work ethic are a must
• Must be available for night shifts (7 hours per night)
